Millions of Stanley cups are being recalled throughout the United States. A defect with the mugs may cause those drinking from them harm. According to a release published by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), roughly 2.6 million of the brand’s stainless steel Switchback and Trigger Action travel mugs pose a burn hazard.

Stanley, a brand widely popularized on social media for its durable and stylish designs, has issued a recall of approximately 2.6 million units due to a safety hazard that has resulted in dozens of burn injuries,
