Right? The result is an additional keypad that can be used to gain access…not by altering the existing electronic lock, but with a secondary mechanism that operates the inside door handle.

There’s also a backlit keypad and low-battery indicator. While the lock is relatively small, it sticks out quite a bit from the door, so it isn’t the best choice if you want a slimmer silhouette.
